In 2009, Davis Street Land Company began construction to redevelop a 2.6-acre block on El Paseo, just west of the upscale lifestyle center The Gardens on El Paseo, located between San Pablo Avenue and Lupine Lane in Palm Desert.
El Paseo Village contains more than 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail space fronting El Paseo. Opening September, 2010, El Paseo Village features Apple Store, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Lucky Brand Dungarees, bebe, Janie and Jack, Banana Republic, and Between The Sheets.
